In 2011 Ferguson Twp. prepared and approved a Master Site Plan for this 16 acre park.  The Phase 1 construction is underway c/o Ferguson Twp.  The Phase 1 facilities (using 5.5 acres of the park) are expected to fully open by mid-2016 at which time operations by CRPR will begin. A future phase of the park development will include a vehicle entrance and parking area off Nixon Rd.
